Brief:

The brief was to transform the space into a highly modern, glamorous, and luxurious weekday home—a sophisticated sanctuary for our client to transition effortlessly between corporate life and evening relaxation.

Balancing Cooler Metals with Warm Textures:

The design concept relies on a striking contemporary colour scheme of taupe, deep aubergine, and reflective metallic accents. To introduce a sense of clean, architectural luxury, we specified elegant dark wood furniture anchored by custom polished chrome legs. This high-gloss detail is carried through into the dining space via chrome-framed dining chairs, creating visual continuity across the open-plan layout.

To prevent the abundance of metal from making the apartment feel cold or clinical, we heavily layered soft, tactile textiles. Metallic aubergine fabrics on upholstery and cushions introduce a warm jewel-toned shimmer, while a dominant base palette of soft taupe across the walls and flooring anchors the space, ensuring it retains its inherent warmth.
